address, phone number, and home address to ship items to;
however, we will never give out, lend, or sell your information

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a
friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and
email address. Redrum Media will automatically send the friend
a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Redrum Media
does not store this information.

#1 priority is to protect our customers integrity and to make
their internet transactions safe. When users submit sensitive
information via the Web site, their information is protected

When entering a page were there
is sensitive information such as credit card number and/or
password, that information is encrypted and is protected with
the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a
secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom
of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft
Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or

The "s" signifies that your data is being processed over a

protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in
our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our
users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned
above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need
the information to perform a specific job (for example, our
billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted
access to personally identifiable information. Your credit card
information is NOT stored on our web servers and no person will
ever view it. It's simply passed through computers in an
encrypted form to transfer funding. Our computer software simply
receives a "yes" or "no" that the transaction was completed.

AVS, Address Verification
System
In order to lower the potential
of credit card fraud, we use Authorize.net's AVS system to
verify a user’s address to their credit card. This is simply a
check to ensure the address the item(s) are shipped to, is the
same as the billing address for the credit card.. We (Redrum
Media) will only ship the verified billing address of the
credit card user, if a credit card is used.
Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user’s personally
identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email
or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service,
we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’
personally identifiable information. This can be done via the
service section or by emailing our Customer Support at
sales@redrummedia.com .
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change
our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy
statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so
our users are always aware of what information we collect, how
we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose
it.
If, however, we are going to
use users’ personally identifiable information in a manner
different from that stated at the time of collection we will
notify users via an update on the main page.
Order and Product Limitations
We do not sell to dealers and reserve the right to refuse or limit the ordered quantity of any item if we deem the ordered quantity is in excess. We also reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that we feel was ordered using suspected fraudulent funds. In these instances, the customer will be notified of the changes to their order.
In the event that an order's weight exceeds the maximum limitation, as governed by the US Mail (USPS), the order will automatically default to Media Mail shipping. For example, the weight limitation for First Class mail is 13oz, if the selected shipping method for an order is First Class mail, but the item(s) weighs more than 13oz, the order will be shipped via Media Mail instead. Please see the shipping details for average delivery times for each shipping method.
