If returned within 30 days of delivery: All items received damaged, defective, or in the event you were shipped the incorrect item(s) may be returned for an exchange. No refunds will be issued unless the item(s) in question are out of stock and the replacement order cannot be fullfilled.

If you were shipped the incorrect items, we (Redrum Media) will pay for all shipping costs. In this case, you will be shipped pre-paid postage, packaging, and a return shipping label to return your merchandise. Once returned, we will quickly ship the correct items at no additional cost to you.

Items that will NOT be accepted as a return are:

• Any item that has been opened (i.e., the shrink wrap has been removed)
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC barcode
