When Will My Order Ship?
Answer:
On average, most orders are processed & shipped in 1-2
days. In the unlikely event that it takes longer than that time, you
may always check the status of your orders at any time by clicking the "My
Orders" link at the top of every page. The
My Orders page will provide the shipping status of all orders in
your account and whether or not they have shipped. The shipping status is
defined as follows:
- Pending: Your item(s) have not shipped and are awaiting to be
processed
- Partial: Your order has been partially shipped, with some items to
be shipped seperately
- Shipped: (For International customers) Your order has been
processed and shipped
- Tracking #: (US Customers) If you see a series of numbers, your
order has shipped and the numbers shown is your package tracking number.
