How do I track my order?
Answer:
US Customers Only: Once your order has shipped, you can track your order by
clicking the "My Orders" link at the top of every page. In the order status column
you will see a "Track Package" icon. Click that icon to bring up a window with
your tracking number and transit information.
NOTE: USPS tracking is not a robust as UPS or FedEx (i.e., you will not
receive daily updates on the package whereabouts. However, you will receive
updates when your package leaves a processing facility. In some instances, the
tracking information may only be updated upon delivery.)
If your tracking information has not been updated in over 72 business hours, please contact customer support.
